VSI CRUSHER WEAR PARTS

A vertical shaft impact crusher, also known as a sand making machine, is perfect for producing high-quality construction sand. The VSI rotor is the heart of a VSI crusher. Because of the high-speed impact, it is the place where the most wear happens. To protect the main rotor body, all the key contact areas are fitted with replaceable wear parts. These mainly include VSI rotor tips, distributor cones, upper/lower wear plates, etc.

Here at MCT, we provide:

• Complete VSI rotor assemblies. Our rotors fit perfectly with many mainstream crusher brands, such as Metso Barmac and Sandvik.
• Individual replacement parts, such as VSI rotor tips. The tungsten carbide bars inside our rotor tips are firmly welded (brazed) in place, not just glued.

They are much stronger and won’t easily fall out during heavy impacts.
